My advice when you are going to an event and you know you are going to hate it but others will really enjoy it? Don't ruin it for everybody else. I have been reminding myself of that in the past several months. It's good advice. Instead of complaining or discussing why you don't want to be there or how lame the event is, keep your mouth shut and don't ruin it for everybody else.
Any other words to live by out there? [crickets chirping]
